The Irish Times Expecting a quiet, informal little gathering at the Irish Times, what a nice surprise to walk in and find the place packed with Toon Army faithful. Certainly took a few unsuspecting American tourists by surprise. And may have even created a few new fans as some of the curious inquired about tickets to the night's game |

| Our section was right over the Newcastle players' tunnel, so a number of players and Bobby come round to sign autographs and pose for photos. Mags from near and far turned out to greet the lads, and shock a few unsuspecting locals. | |||
