| Not a seat left in the house! We’re down in the Milburn Stand right by the bar. The Arsenal fans are up in the West Corner after sipping a few shandies. A few swift ones before the game and we’re ready to go. | ||

The teams line up for the photos and it time for kick-off. Unfortunately no Shearer! | |

“He call’d wor bord a fat slag” Apparently its not a good enough reason for a two footed tackle. | |

“He’s behind you.” “Oh, no he isn’t.” The Arsenal pantomime mainly consisting of a program of fouling and handballing continues with a corner. | |

Second half and a Newcastle free kick rebound off the Arsenal defense. A wee, ferret-looking character chases the ball | |

The pantomime season continues as Toure goes for an Oscar to prevent a booking after a dirty foul on Bernard. “Same old Arsenal, Always cheating”, chants the crowd. | |

Newcastle attack for an equaliser. Spot the ball competition time. Answers on a postcard. | |

| Final result: Newcastle 0, Arsenal 1. Good game, but shame about the result. Arsenal got a lucky deflection at the end of the first half, and that’s about as best it got for them. Pity we didn’t manage an equiliser. Great atmosphere in the stadium! | ||
